Redshift is a powerful GPU-accelerated renderer, built to meet the specific demands of contemporary high-end production rendering. Tailored to support creative individuals and studios of every size, Redshift offers a suite of powerful features and integrates with industry standard CG applications.
Node-locked licenses are tied to a specific machine but are rehostable, that is they can be transferred from one machine to another using the Redshift licensing tool. Transferring a license requires a working internet connection on both the source and target of the transfer at the time of the license transfer.
Integration plugins include support for Maya, 3ds Max, Softimage, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Katana and any future plugins.
Maintenance includes technical support and all updates. After one year, you must extend your maintenance agreement for another year to continue receiving updates and support. If you allow your maintenance to expire past the grace period, you must purchase a new license of Redshift at full retail price. You have a grace period of one year to back-date renew your existing maintenance. However, your new maintenance cycle always begins on the date your existing maintenance expired.
To take advantage of more than 8 GPUs on a single machine, you can launch multiple instances of Redshift each rendering a different job on a different subset of available GPUs.
